Are there campaigns in place in the online store?
Yes, there are occasional promotional campaigns carried out in the online store and, whenever these campaigns are in effect, they are communicated on the site.

I have a problem with my Bicafé coffee machine, where can I get assistance?
Contact our Customer Service line 808 203 321, which can resolve your question through the telephone line. If it is not possible to resolve the problem by telephone, the operator will keep your data and ask for technical assistance immediately.
 
How can I make an order?
To make your order, you must log in and access to the "Online Shop". In this area, you will have access to the description of the available products and their value, and the option "Add to cart" will be displayed. To include the desired products in your purchase, you must choose the referred option. To continue with the order process, you must select the "shopping cart" option at any time and follow the different steps.
 
If I am not satisfied with my order, can I exchange or return it?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, product defect or non-compliance with the purchase, our return policy allows the return of the product within 10 days after the date of receipt. In the absence of any of the components of the product sold or if any of them are not in excellent condition, no refund will be made and the product will be delivered / resent.
 
To complain you will have to send an email to mail@bicafe.pt within a maximum of 10 days after receipt of the products. The customer will have to bear the transportation costs that will be returned to him should there be a defect or a serious error in the product.
