Contact our line Support Customer Service 808 203 321, which may solve your issue over the phone line. If not possible to solve it by phone, our technical support will solve the problem of your machine.
 
 
How can I place an order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

1 - Make your customer registration: http://www.bicafecapsulas.com/pt/clientes/novo.php?a=
2 - Please Login with your access data.
3 - Find the items you wish and add to shopping cart.
4 - Follow the steps in the shopping cart and finish with the payment you have chosen (reference MB, Visa or Mastercard).
5 - You should receive an email with your order

Then just wait for delivery of the order at the address you entered.
 
 
I'm not satisfied with my order, can I exchange or return?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, for deficiency of product or non-compliance with the purchase, our return policy allows return of the product within 10 days after the date of its receipt. In the absence of any component of the product sold, or if any of them is not in excellent condition, there will not be any refund, and the product will be delivered / returned back.

To claim, please email mail@bicafe.pt within 10 days after receiving the goods. You will have to bear the transportation costs that will be returned if there is any anomaly.
