THE SUSTAINABLE PLASTICS AGENDA Bicafé is part of the Sustainable Plastics project with partners Sonae MC, Codil, Bio4plas, PIEP and IncBio. This project aims to leverage the plastics sector in Portugal for the transition to a truly circular economy. It arises from an initiative by APIP Associação Portuguesa da Indústria de Plásticos, led by Logoplaste Innovation Lab, which aims, through this Agenda, to mobilize the private sector together with national authorities, universities and citizens, contributing to the objectives of the European Circular Economy of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, greater resource efficiency and job creation.
